Areas of focus are grief, loss, bereavement, trauma, attachment, relationship issues and personal growth.

My priority is to offer a safe space for whatever arises and to accompany each client in gaining insight and accessing inherent wisdom.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eleven years of professional experience working in mental health.

I work with adults on an individual basis. I offer in-person sessions as well as video and phone sessions.
